What is my purpose?
My purpose is to crush these capitalists at their own game. I did not let any investor (VC) money into Libertad City. In this city the one who prints money cannot call the tune. In this city power is held only by the Operators who level up the Mainframe at their keyboard, mine data and raid the weak without mercy.
